The Women Empowerment Cell has been an integral part of our college since 2007, dedicated to empowering female students and fostering a secure campus environment for both students and faculty members. The primary objectives of the cell include raising awareness about women's rights and responsibilities, providing a platform for women to share their societal experiences and perspectives, and encouraging suggestions for self-improvement and empowerment. With a focus on the intellectual and social upliftment of female students, the cell actively promotes women's empowerment through various means such as guest lectures, seminars, awareness programs, and other welfare activities. These initiatives are designed to enhance the understanding of issues related to women and contribute to their overall well-being. In line with our commitment to ensuring a safe environment, the Women Empowerment Cell diligently adheres to the mandatory guidelines and directives set forth by Anna University, Chennai. These guidelines specifically address security arrangements for female students and women staff within our institution. By championing the cause of women's empowerment, the Women Empowerment Cell strives to make a lasting impact on the lives of our female students, promoting not only their academic success but also their personal and social development. Through collaborative efforts and a commitment to inclusivity, we aim to create a college community where every woman feels valued, supported, and empowered.
